Sketching on my Phone (35+ sheets)

The Anatomy of a Plant is my Creative Sketchbook done entirely on my phone. I use a Samsung S24 Ultra with the Samsung Notes app.

Each page is inspired by the nature I photograph in my own environment - on the streets, in the park, in the forest or just somewhere apparently insignificant like the supermarket. I sketch Anytime & Anywhere - indoors, outdoors, in a coffee shop, in the park, on a break, on a good day and even on a bad day.

Plants are living things, are life-forms organisms in a variety of shapes, sizes, colors. The Plant body consists of four organs: root, stem, leaf, and flower. And just like humans have an extensive vascular system that connects the roots with all parts of the body.

Throughout the life of a plant, there is continuous growth. They need light and water to manufacture their food. They grow, develop, reproduce and defend themselves. They even have a digestive and excretory system.

I'm not a botanist, I'm not a Plant scientist but I'm an artist and a storyteller. I use real life references and vocabulary to create a fictional world.

I hope you enjoy my Sketchbook.
