Sharing my students' work from a 2D concept course with Uppsala University from Sweden, Department of Game Design. The course was a 10-week course and part of it was dedicated to vehicle concept. I was in charge of the course administration and structure, teaching the theory and practice, to guidance and evaluation.
Students developed a racing vehicle with a power-up feature that allowed the pilot to go either underground, flying, or on water. The artistic process covered the entire workflow from a story pitch, idea generation, research, early concept, orthographic views, to final color concept.
