The Motel, architectural concept art

An architectural concept art project that I'm currently working on, it's about a small and old motel that holds lots of "room stories". All the reference photos are taken by myself throughout my traveling to Leipzig, Germany.

About the mood,
I'm thinking of an old-ish motel, it does need a good renovation but then it still hangs in there, is not a total ruin. When this building was new and fresh was quite vibrant for its time :) Now It's a place where people/guests have a break from their "normal life", they come to "solve" something.

It does have problems with the hot water, the AC doesn't work, but the rooms are clean, the old ladies from the housekeeping are doing a good job overall. Some guests say there are some yellow bugs in the bathrooms but the management says the bugs are not from their motel :)) The guests are all kind of people that passes by, short stays in general; you can hear lots of stuff through the walls you know, love affairs, love fights, load TVs and even young people having a late graduation party.

A 3D version of the Motel has been done by Yonatan Mantzur, Game Artist
